Air-conditioned good basic rooms with fantastic views of the castle, and a flat-screen TV, a storage, and coffee. Caring and patient staff team at the reception desk.

Well-mannered and reasonably good staff team at the reception desk, everything was very good.

The room was air conditioned and brand-new with a spectacular view of new town. I loved the great value and more than adequate breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and were around whole time.

The breakfast offered fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries, was above average and with varieties.

The stay here was really enjoyable, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with magnificent location close enough to where the tram station is to the airport and all the tourist places. All the staff was attentive, resolved my issues. 

Functional hotel, the stay was perfectly pleasant, stunning location in the centre of the city. Fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries were good and overall there was lots of food.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with view, my bed was comfortable. Got an above average breakfast served.

The staff is pleasant here, the services are amazing, and location is wonderful really close to all the main sightseeing spots, the many attractions, and the Royal Mile, Holyrood Park or Princess Street. The rooms are huge 

Panoramic and upgraded rooms with a huge window, an iron, and a kettle, some with glorious views. Incredible location, right at a parish church.

It is a royal building, the rooms are spotless with views. The staff are immensely pleasant and deserve a 4-star rating.

Exceptional accommodation, patient staff, wonderful location to many venues as well as near to the train station. Above average breakfasts with fresh fruit, cereal and pastries.

The location was excellent, and we could reach St Andrew Square by walking.

Central location along with great value and more than adequate breakfasts. Again, 10 minutes walk from a historic fortress. Really nice building and rooms with an extra bed.
